About Us

Case Cover is a small phone case business in Suffolk, Virginia. We sell cases that fit properly, survive a drop we can name a height for, and cost less than fixing a screen.

Why we started

A cracked screen costs more to repair than most people spend on a case in five years. And yet the cases sold at the till of a phone shop are usually the cheapest shell the shop could buy, marked up four times, with no idea what it actually survives.

So we started selling the other kind. Cases we drop test ourselves onto concrete, with the height written on the page, and cutouts checked against a real handset rather than a drawing from a factory.

What we sell

Forty two products covering iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel:

• Clear, frosted and silicone shells for everyday use
• Rugged and heavy duty cases for sites, boats and children
• Leather cases, folios and card holders
• Magnetic cases that work with magnetic chargers, wallets and car mounts
• Tempered glass, privacy film and camera lens rings
• Multi packs and wholesale kits from three cases up to thirty

The range runs from a thirteen dollar clear shell to a three hundred and ninety dollar wholesale pack. Prices go up because there is more in the box or a better material in it, not because of a logo.

How we grade protection

Every case page carries one of three levels. Level one is tested to two metres onto concrete, level two to three metres, level three to four metres with sealed ports. We publish the number because phrases like military grade and maximum protection mean nothing you can check.

Why we ask for your model

A case for an iPhone 15 does not fit an iPhone 15 Pro. The camera cutout is the wrong shape and the buttons land in the wrong place. So we ask for the exact model in the order notes, and if you leave it blank we email you before we pack anything rather than guessing and hoping.

If you do get the wrong one, we swap it and we pay the postage on the replacement. It happens often enough that we built the process rather than treating it as a complaint.

Selling to shops

About half of what leaves the warehouse goes to repair counters, market stalls and small phone shops. The packs from twelve cases up are bagged and barcoded ready for a shelf, and they come with a written breakdown of what sold fastest for other shops that took the same pack.

Where we ship from

Everything goes out from 6000 College Dr in Suffolk, Virginia, to all fifty states. Small orders travel as a parcel and the bigger wholesale packs go as a heavier box, which is why one lands faster than the other.
