Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all fifty states from Suffolk, Virginia. Most orders are small and light, so most of them move fast.

When your order leaves us

Orders placed before 2pm eastern on a working day are packed and go out the same day. Anything later goes the next morning, and weekend orders leave on Monday. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made, which can be a few hours before the carrier first scans it.

One thing that can hold an order up

If you have not told us the phone model, we email you and wait for the answer before packing. We will not guess, because a case for the wrong model is a return for both of us. Put the model in the order notes at checkout and nothing stops.

How long it takes

• Single cases and screen protectors: two to four working days
• Small packs, three to six cases: two to five working days
• Wholesale packs, twelve cases and up: three to six working days

These are the carrier's times, not a promise we control. A storm on the eastern seaboard can add a day and there is nothing either of us can do about it.

Multi packs and wholesale

Packs of twelve cases and up ship in one box. The thirty case wholesale pack weighs about one and a half kilograms, so it costs a little more to send but it still travels as a normal parcel rather than as freight. If you need a pallet, email us and we will arrange it separately.

Addresses we ship to

Residential and business addresses in all fifty states, and PO boxes are fine because nothing in the range is oversized. We do not ship outside the United States at the moment. If you are in Canada and want to order, email us and we will tell you honestly what it would cost.

If a parcel goes missing

If tracking has not moved for five working days, tell us. We open a claim with the carrier and we send a replacement without waiting for the claim to finish. You should not be out of pocket while two companies argue.

Changing an address

If the order has not shipped we change it for free. Once the label exists the carrier charges a redirection fee and that gets passed on. Tell us as soon as you spot the mistake and we will do whatever is still possible.
