Refund & Cancellation

Thirty days on unopened cases. A free swap if you ordered the wrong model. A free replacement if something arrives damaged.

Wrong model

This is the most common reason anything comes back, so it has the simplest rule. Email us, send the unused case back, and we post the right one out and cover the postage on the replacement. No restocking fee and no argument.

Cancelling an order

If it has not shipped, tell us and we cancel with a full refund. If it has already gone out, it becomes a return once it reaches you.

Changing your mind

You have thirty days from the day it arrives. The case needs to be unused and in its original bag or box. Email us first and we send return instructions and the address. Return postage on a change of mind is paid by you, and for a single case that is usually a few dollars.

Cases you have already fitted

A case that has been on a phone can still come back within thirty days if it is clean and undamaged, because a case is not a mattress. What we cannot take back is one that has been dropped, scratched, cut or written on.

Screen protectors

Once a protector has been peeled and applied it cannot be reused, so applied protectors are not returnable unless there is a fault. If one shatters during a normal application, tell us within seven days and we replace it free. Everybody gets one wrong at some point.

Damaged or missing on arrival

Email us a photo of what arrived and of the packaging within 48 hours. We send the replacement free and you do not need to return the damaged item unless we ask. If part of a multi pack is missing, we post the missing cases out the same day.

Faults that appear later

If a case splits, a hinge fails, a magnet stops holding or a clear case yellows within twelve months of normal use, contact us and we replace it. This does not cover a case that has taken a drop well past the height we published, or one that has been left on a car dashboard in summer.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. We process them within two working days of the return arriving and being checked. Your bank then takes three to five working days, sometimes up to ten.

On a change of mind return we refund the price of the goods. Original shipping is not refunded unless the return is because of a fault or a mistake we made.

Multi packs and wholesale

Unopened wholesale packs can come back within thirty days in full. We cannot take back part of a pack, because the pack price depends on the quantity. If a few cases in a pack are the wrong model, we swap those individually rather than asking for the whole box.

Things we cannot take back

• Applied screen protectors with no fault
• Cases returned after thirty days on a change of mind
• Cases that are scratched, cut, painted or modified
• Part of a multi pack where the rest is being kept
